|Centennial Elementary School Parents and Community Members,
Welcome back, Centennial Cardinals! My name is Rachel Broadley, and I am excited to be serving you as the new principal of Centennial. I have spent the last five years as the Assistant Principal at Centennial and am honored to take on this new leadership role.
This year we will work to ensure high academic achievement continues to be a priority, as well as provide students character lessons to enrich their education. Tradition is very important to the Centennial community, and we are thrilled to carry on the traditions that have made Centennial the incredible school it has become over the past seven years. I personally look forward to the musical productions our staff puts on for the students each year and cannot wait to see the students’ reactions when they see what they have in store for them at the end of July!
The Centennial staff, students, and community truly live the 212 vision by always going the extra degree in all they do. We are eternally grateful for the parental support that we have received throughout the years and will continue to encourage parent support and involvement. We know when parents go the extra degree by being actively involved in their child’s education it provides a more enjoyable experience for students, parents, and teachers alike.
On a personal note, I earned both my undergraduate and graduate degrees at Arizona State University, and this is my thirteenth year in education. My husband and I have been married for nine years, and we have two amazing daughters that keep us on our toes. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family, wood working, and photography.
I appreciate the opportunity to work with your children, and I look forward to having another amazing year at Centennial.
